I think they're so good because they are the perfect thickness - thicker than a regular size hershey's bar but not quite as thick as a king size bar.
My favorite dark chocolate are the Chocolove varieties. I used to get them at Wild Oats (I'm still in mourning that Whole Foods took over WO - just not the same).
